Every Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz includes the MBCPO Limited Warranty, which provides 12 months of coverage with unlimited mileage, along with any remaining portion of the vehicle’s original 4-year/50,000-mile Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Limited Warranty.*
The MBCPO Limited Warranty provides coverage for many key vehicle components and helps protect against unexpected repair costs. Once your standard MBCPO Limited Warranty expires, you may have the option to purchase a Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty for additional coverage of 1 or 2 years with unlimited mileage.**

Includes the engine, transmission, rear axle, cooling system, and fuel injection. If your MBCPO vehicle is equipped with 4-wheel drive, 4MATIC® all-wheel drive, or any other traction and stability enhancements (ASD, ASR, ESP®, ETS), these systems are covered as well.
Covers the top-actuation systems and roll bar mechanisms.
Covers all the actuators, switches and linkages, remote transmitters (excluding batteries), and receivers for the remote-locking system.
Covers the complete power-steering system. Comprehensive coverage of suspension components and the Adaptive Damping System or Active Body Control (if equipped). Covers all elements (excluding normal wear of discs and pads), including the Antilock Braking System.
Covers various electrical systems. Includes most motors, gauges, connectors, switches, sensors, regulators, and relays.
Covers in-dash audio and/or navigation head unit, amplifiers, speakers, factory- or dealer-installed Mercedes-Benz CD player and/or changer, navigation CD/DVD-ROM drive, satellite radio components, fiber-optic network components, and antenna systems.
Coverage applies to certain items of the vehicle’s manual or automatic climate-control system, including the system’s air-conditioning and heating assemblies.
Additional covered components include front and rear windshield-wiper linkages, power-seat drive cables, seat-belt assemblies, sunroof cables, window regulators and, if applicable, the pneumatic door-closing and trunk-closing assist systems. To make sure you’re completely satisfied with your Mercedes-Benz, you can exchange it for another model within the first seven days or 500 miles, whichever comes first.*
As part of your warranty coverage, you’ll also enjoy complimentary Roadside Assistance. A simple phone call summons help if you need a jump-start, tire change, or if you run out of fuel.
If you’ve broken down more than 100 miles from home, there’s no need to worry. Mercedes-Benz will reimburse your travel expenses, up to $300 per day for three days.

If this vehicle is still covered by the New Vehicle Warranty at the time of MBCPO purchase, this coverage continues from the vehicle’s original in-service date and will apply until four years from the original New Vehicle Warranty start date or 50,000 total vehicle accumulated miles, whichever comes first. MBCPO Limited Warranty coverage will then apply for 12 additional months for unlimited miles. If the New Vehicle Warranty has expired prior to MBCPO purchase, MBCPO Limited Warranty coverage will apply for 12 months from MBCPO purchase.
Mercedes-Benz Guard Vehicles are ineligible for the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Program. Roadside Assistance repairs may involve charges for service and parts. For model factory equipped with no spare tire, Roadside Assistance will attempt to re-inflate a flat tire after using the vehicle’s Tirefit puncture sealant. With every Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz comes confidence and peace of mind. Every MBCPO vehicle is backed by a comprehensive limited warranty with unlimited mileage.
Any remaining portion of the Mercedes-Benz 4-year/50,000-mile* New Vehicle Limited Warranty applies to the vehicle. After that coverage expires, the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty provides additional coverage for 12 months with unlimited mileage**. For MBCPO vehicles that are no longer covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the MBCPO Limited Warranty begins at the time of delivery.
The MBCPO Limited Warranty covers repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship and includes many key vehicle components, including the engine, powertrain, suspension, steering, brakes (excluding wear of discs and pads), electrical system, climate control system, audio and navigation systems, and more.***
