Hate to give away my age (ha ha), but I have been buying and leasing cars for decades, many decades. This Mercedes dealership, and in particular Robert Texidor, make buying or leasing, the best experience we have ever had in all our years of buying and leasing through nearly ever major car manufacturer/dealership. We just leased a Mercedes Benz SUV and it's the 3rd consecutive lease we have signed with Robert in the last 10 years. Robert is patient, very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable about the vehicles he leases/sells, open and forthcoming with answers to all questions, concerns and tries his best to find a car which suits your needs and budget. We brought in our car for service We were immediately greeted by a service representative who was very kind. As we were waiting around for our service specialist we were approached by other employees who checked on us to make sure we were being assisted. We were then greeted by Daniella. Daniella was fantastic Very helpful & hospitable We dropped our car off for service & though a loaner was not available they still dropped us off in a shuttle S-class with an amazing driver Palma He was professional & friendly Thank you for a great experience.

Thank you for taking care of my car! Dan explained everything to me in simple terms. The manager noticed that I was lost and quickly helped me find the right person. The repair was done very quickly. They found the issue, which was covered by the warranty, and explained what exactly is included in the coverage and whether it’s worth extending it. They explained everything to me the way a girl should be explained to, and I really appreciated it. I’m so happy!

January 24, 2025 I recently had the opportunity to purchase a used S Class from White Plains Mercedes. Seeing the car on line I contacted the dealership and spoke with Internet Sales Representative Daniel Malone. Daniel was very professional, courteous and friendly. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to provide the servicers I required as I am some distance from the dealership. My wife and I made an appointment with Daniel to see the car and finalize the deal. Arriving at the dealership we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Daniel met us right on time and could not have been more pleasant. He had the car ready for inspection, gave us an in-depth overview and walk around and accompanied us on a test drive after which we proceeded to purchase the vehicle. After a short delay, which I am sure was just an anomaly of a busy day, we met John Skiadas, for final paperwork and financial details. John explained all of the documents to our understanding and efficiently moved us through the purchase process. All in all my wife and I were very impressed and pleased with the dealership personnel and purchase process. The dealership itself is very bright and clean with pleasant waiting areas and amenities. This dealership was great and easy to work with! My salesperson Daniel Malone went over all the options and features with me on the phone. When I asked for a picture he sent over a detailed video reviewing the car. I was able to review all the numbers online, get a discount to make for a great deal and the used car looked new. Had a great experience with our sales rep Alfonso R. He was really great through the entire process. On the day we picked up the car the entire staff as equally attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this group!

Alfanso is THE MAN!! I have bought several luxury cars from BMW and Lexus in the past from all different dealers, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership, and this mostly stems from the terrific service that I've gotten from Bruno Parisi in sales, and then Daniel Magistro in service. They are excellent at what they do. Bruno is such a professional and clearly explains all of your options, the pros and cons, the practicality factor. I will tell a brief story of my experience. I was looking for a special car, but I wanted the best price, after several email exchanges, the seller Giovanni Salgado caught my attention, among several offers, Giovanni Salgado was giving me the best one. After a few days, his offer moved to second place, but I had given my word to Mr. Giovanni Salgado that I would go and close the deal with him. And it really was! Even having a better offer than what he was offering me, I decided to buy from him because of the trust in what he was selling me and the great work he did. But I must clarify that if it had not been for Giovanni Salgado, Mercedes-Benz Of White Plains would have lost me! The attention received from the person who counted MY MONEY was very unpleasant, he didn't even congratulate me on my new car, I ASSUME HE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE I PAID HIM IN CASH, with a bad face and no desire to respond, I felt like I was making a nuisance of my presence. for him (if I had seen that face from the beginning, I would have left regardless of the prices offered). Then came the gifts part, Mercedes-Benz Of White Plains gave me some attention for my great purchase!! (it's supposed to be a nice part to be given things as gifts) Well, the boy who was in charge of opening the gift displays, APPARENTLY AND DEMONSTRALY, was also having a bad day along with him counting all my money. I WANT TO LET Mercedes-Benz Of White Plains KNOW REALLY WITH A HAND ON MY HEART, DON'T REMOVE ME FROM THERE, FOR THE ATTENTION AT ALL TIMES, BEFORE AND AFTER MR Giovanni Salgado!!! I consider who was the best without a doubt who received my presence with kindness and did not feel that he was in the wrong place. He successfully sold me GLA 250-2021 THANK YOU 🙂

Jefferson Almonte is the best car sales person I have ever worked with! Car buying is a painful process but this dealership and Jefferson made it so easy! Two thumbs up!

Josh Alexander, the manager, was extremely accommodating. We had an unfortunate delay from the state for the title paperwork. He went above and beyond assisting throughout the entire process. My wife loves her Range Rover. Our sale rep "G" was very east to deal with and helpful throughout the process.

Mr. Albert treated us very kindly, very professionally and I and my wife felt very comfortable and he explained everything to us very well.

We went to White Plains when I got my first GLC 300 in 2018 . It was a lease. I decided to go back to get another GLC 300 because I really like it. This time I bought one and it’s the new redesigned GLC 300. I am not so happy with it because the 12V socket was eliminated as part of standard feature which I wasn’t aware of when we were building our car. So disappointed because that’s very important when traveling when we needed to charge various devices. Anyway, although I am disappointed with Mercedes, am giving the dealer A 5 star because of the staff, Daniel Malone, who was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our various requests. He was very professional, patient, communicative and courteous.

Tyler, from the service department, was extraordinary. He was extremely conscientious through every part of the process and made everything go seamlessly. For any service needs, I highly recommend Tyler.

We were first time purchaser, and Daniel A helped a lot. He knows so much about Mercedes-benz car, detail of each feature, and very passionate educating buyer like us. My wife and I wanted to upgrade to a luxury car this year and we have been doing a lot of research between Mercedes-Benz and BMW. We decide to go to both dealerships the same day. We went to BMW first because it is next to my wife’s job. We were told someone would helps us and I notice there was a lot of representatives available but they decided to wait for the Hispanic representative to be available to help us and I found that very disappointed. The sales representative didn’t give us his 100% attention and he never followed through with our questions and needs. We felt discriminated. I told my wife let’s get out of here and let’s go to Mercedes-Benz, we got there at 6:50 PM and the receptionist told us you were about to close but a representative reach out to us and his name is Frank Crosby and told us to go look at the cars. We told him what we need it and he showed us two of the options he had. He went to his computer and printed out the fee estimates for both cars and told us to come the very next day. He gave me his business card and we actually touch base the very next day via email and I gave him my budget and he told me that I should come back and see the card. We came back the very next day and we saw the car but my wife and I wanted different things and features that the car didn’t have. So he invited us to his desk and he took time to look for a vehicle for us with our needs and he found the perfect car for us, he actually found our dream car and it had everything we both wanted and it fit our budget. I put a deposit on the car right away and we now own it because Frank never gave up on us and he did he best to find us this car. The reason I am telling you my whole story is because even though we are Hispanic and we were not treated like that at your competition, Frank did the opposite and showed us there is still hope in the world and sales representative like Frank Crosby is the ones you need at your company. He is the best at his work and I really appreciate him. When the car was delivered he did showed me how everything inside of the car works. He went far and beyond with his customer service. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of White Plains and Frank Crosby as a sales representative.

What a terrific experience I had with this dealership! I cannot say enough about Rashane Hibbert and the team here top to bottom from finance through delivery. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. I generally hate the car buying / leasing process - and they made it a breeze. I called Saturday, had an appointment two hours later and the car was ready to be delivered same day (in the exact color, model etc. I wanted). Amazing! This is unheard of. Over the years, I've bought numerous automobiles, and Amir Jakupi is by far the friendliest and most informed dealer I've ever dealt with. I’ve researched the vehicles I had in mind and White Plains Mercedes had the specific match I was looking for. Great experience with sales and service. My salesman Frank Crosby really went out of his way to please us with the utmost luxurious experience of purchasing a car. Even during car delivery he impressed us with his knowledge of the car. A true genteleman! After spending 2.5 months searching and visiting many dealerships, multiple credit inquiries, multiple upsells and hidden fees. I honestly was losing hope in finding courtesy at any dealership until I googled best dealerships by rating and came across this one. The people at this dealership proved me wrong. salesman Rashanne has given me an above and beyond service, his manager Rod, all the way to the last step with finance sitting with Mr. Carol. I am recommending them to all coworkers and friends and I personally will continue to go and get my cars from there. They give you respect, appreciation, and acknowledge you as a valued human and customer.

Buying a car from Jefferson was a shockingly positive experience. When we told him we were “numbers people,” he immediately showed us the numbers and all the alternatives. And everything remained as he said, no surprise charges or pushy add ons. No question felt silly, and he answered questions even after the car was purchased. Strongly suggest working with Jefferson!!

If you go to this dealership make sure you ask for Jefferson Almonte. He has been incredible through my buying process for my first GLE a couple months ago and a new GLE i'm looking to purchase. Jefferson is very emotionally intelligent and is able to understand his client enough to know exactly what they are looking for, he treats you as if you are family with every interaction. I am from NJ and have two dealers close to me to purchase a car but I still call Jefferson and make the drive to White Plains because I know Jefferson is the person to go to. He actually drove my car to my house and did the paperwork in my dining room with my first purchase. That is true white glove customer service. Again, if you go here be sure to ask for Jefferson Almonte. He makes it an easy and smooth buying process from start to finish!

I've been buying cars for many years but I can honestly say that Peter Makaj is the best salesman I've ever worked with. He is not pushy or arrogant at all and quietly goes about his business while managing to stay one step ahead of every question I had. He was a pleasure to do business with and I will definite work with him again. On the finance side, Bob Carol was also great to deal with. He helped make the whole process very smooth.
