The Mercedes- Benz of White Plains was fantastic. Our sprinter van had broke down while on vacation and they got us in quickly, fixed the problem and had it ready for us by the next day. Luis Lorenzana was our advisor for the repairs and you couldn’t ask for a better representative for Mercedes-Benz. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We could not be more grateful to Mercedes-Benz of White Plains for making what could have been a very difficult situation into a positive one. Our van is running so much better! We would highly recommend them to get repairs done.

My overall experience buying my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains was outstanding. My sales consultant, Michael Ehrlich, was knowledgeable, patient, and completely transparent about pricing without any high-pressure tactics. The vehicle delivery was smooth, pristine, and thoroughly explained. I would gladly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

First and foremost I had the pleasure of working with the salesmen Amr. I have been looking for a white CLA with great mileage and I was redirected to Mercedes Benz of White Plains. Once I viewed the car online, I called immediately for pictures and videos of the car in real time. Amr did not hesitate and sent me everything over right away the same day. He was attentive and very informative, answered all my questions without hesitation throughout the entire process. The only drawback at this dealership was having to deal with a particular finance manager, very unprofessional and couldn’t break down the numbers to me when I asked questions but that was due to him not being the actual finance manager who did my actual car loan. The manager at this location did rectify the confusion. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone seeking luxury.

The place to go for exceptional service.

The staff and sales people are courteous. They have a great pre-owned inventory. Michael E. in sales was very helpful and informative. He made the process hassle-free. He is definitely a very pleasant no-nonsense sales person to work with. Robert in the financial services department was also very helpful and pleasant. I will surely travel the extra miles to this dealership for any future purchases.

Jeff and Vache (GSM) was very helpful in assisting me and buying my G wagon. I recommend that you ask for Jefferson when you call the dealership.

This is the first time that I leave a review on a car dealership, perhaps I wasn't impressed until now. We went there to buy a 2 year old CPO, and like with most used cars, the vehicle had some dings, chips and was quite dirty; this car wasn't on the lot to show, it was on storage and not ready for sale. We liked the vehicle, but we had reservations due to these damages, however, both the salesman and the manager assured us it was going to be fixed and detailed before delivery. They did a superb job, as the car looks and feels like new! We couldn't be more pleased with the job The sales department and finance were great, very pleasant and made the transaction seamless. From my perspective I give them 5 out of 5 stars; no BS, no hassle, just extrordinary.

Having car problems can be very stressful not knowing how much money will be involved in the repairs. MB of White plains greatly reduces the stress. I drop my car off with my service advisor, Danielle, explain the problem and she takes care of everything. Keeps me informed throughout the repairs. Mercedes GLC 300, 2016 with 54K miles. Yes, it's getting old but still looks great and it has always been reliable. The WP Mercedes Benz Service Department is outstanding. They are expensive (dealer rates) but trustworthy and they do not engage in fear-mongering. They'll tell you what work is necessary to fix the problem and what can wait until the next service. Just recently I had a transmission problem in which the engine died at D8-D9 while driving on 287. Yikes! I took it in for repair but also started considering buying a new car. They diagnosed the cause, fixed it with a minor part replacement & I got my car back for under $900 for repair. I was expecting it to be much more. I'm also due soon for a major service including the transmission, but our service advisor said it was okay to wait until then. That's honest. A shoutout to Dannielle Anderson for her professionalism, courtesy and customer service.

As always I received great service when I took my car in for service at White Plains Mercedes. The team was polite and responsive to my requests. Luke

Wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. My time was used efficiently and I could not have had a better salesman than Daniel. He was attentive, not pushy, and patient in explaining all of the nuances of the vehicle and sales process. The ladies at the front entrance were exceptionally pleasant and proved to be a hidden gem. The combined personal service of Daniel and others is a true strength of the dealership.

I was interested in test driving a CLE53 AMG and he went above and beyond to make it happen, going as far as moving 5 cars in the showroom floor to make it happen. I really appreciate his openness and overall transparency with decisions and recommendations. He's very relatable and easy to talk to, which makes it very easy to build the customer relationship. Specifically, he speaks to you like a human being, and does not use the sales language that so many salesman tend to use. Michael is one of the rare salespeople that looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Although I ultimately decided to go with a different car brand, I would easily shop here again for my next car. Through our interaction, Michael established a lot of trust and that goes a LONG WAY when shopping for cars. Thank you for the great experience.

Great staff. Took my car immediately upon arrival. Offered me a loaner car despite not reserving one allowing me to get some errands done instead of waiting. Car was returned clean.

White Plains Mercedes had to contact Germany & the wonderful technicians at WP were ABLE to troubleshoot and narrow it down to a hot wire in a pan of spaghetti. Finally great results after some time and no issues.
