I stopped by because my car indicated it needed a quart of oil, and although the service department was fully booked for the day, they took a few minutes to top it off so I could drive safely until my scheduled maintenance. I really appreciated that they took the time to help me without an appointment. Excellent customer service, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

Service and people are good. When you leave your car for service and subsequently they find an additional part that needs to replaced and it is expensive ($3,000) they TEXT you for approval. Not everyone is connected to their phone all day long and therefore the extra service does not get done. A simple call would really be helpful.
I just had the greatest experience of all my years leasing. Last week, I picked up my GLA 250 from Rashane. He was a pleasure to work with and helped make the process go smoothly and effortlessly.
