Corporate Fleet Program

Rewarding Your Decision
The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program is designed to meet the needs of corporate customers interested in purchasing or leasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles for inclusion in their corporate  fleets. If you decided that your company will participate in the program, you first need to apply for a Corporate Account Number (CAN) from Mercedes-Benz.  To qualify for a CAN, the following criteria must be met:

• A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name.  Registrations must be currently active.Once approved, your company will receive a Corporate Account Number (CAN) allowing select employees to purchase vehicles through the program.  Incentives are based on dollar amounts paid from the first vehicle purchased after qualifying with MBUSA.

Eligible Mercedes-Benz Vehicles
The majority of Mercedes-Benz models will qualify for incentives under the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Fleet Program.
Becoming Eligible
To qualify for the program, your company must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment From, along with the appropriate vehicle registrations, to Mercedes-Benz.  Once approved, you'll be provided with a Corporate Account Number (CAN).

You may qualify for the Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) - offered by Mercedes-Benz USA as an enhancement to the Corporate Fleet Program.  This additional incentive may apply to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances.  Qualified individuals are provided with an additional incentive on eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are purchased or leased.
Qualifying for the Executive Allowance Bonus
In order to qualify for the Executive Allowance bonus, your company must meet the following requirements:

1.   Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).
2.   Your company has employees who receive a vehicle allowance as part of their compensation package that applies to the individual purchase/lease of a company vehicle.

To qualify for the EAB, the applicant must submit the following documentation:

1.  An Executive Allowance Bonus Enrollment Form signed by the executive
2.  A photo Driver's License
3. One example of employment documentation (can be in the form of a copy of current pay stub or direct deposit slip indicating car allowance or Corporate website verification identifying the applicant as a company executive)

or

   Aphoto ID and one example of employment documentation (can be in the form of a corporate resolution, articles of incorporation, or corporate website)

You may qualify for the Fleet Employee Program (FEP) - offered by Mercedes-Benz USA as an enhancement to the Corporate Fleet Program.  This additional incentive may apply to all employees of a qualified company.  Qualified individuals are provided with an additional incentive on eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are purchased or leased.
Qualifying for the Fleet Employee Program
In order to qualify for participation in the Fleet Employee Program, your company must meet the following requirements:
1.  Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).
2.  Your company has received FEP approval from MBUSA Fleet and is listed on the approved FEP Company List.
